Our FA6620-R Optical Smoke Alarm is certified to the European Standard EN 14604 and comes with a sealed, tamper proof battery that will last the lifetime of the alarm. The sensor within the unit will deteriorate after 10 years, so to ensure you’re protected we recommend you replace the unit after this time. FireAngel heat alarms have been specifically designed for areas with fumes and high humidity such as kitchens, where cooking fumes are present, and attics or garages where there is lots of dust.
